Intended to help you cultivate physical and mental resilience, enhance your confidence, and embrace your role as a strong and capable mother.

This online or in-person personal training program is designed for moms who are 42+ weeks postpartum and are ready for a full workout routine. I will help you regain your energy, strength, and confidence using a proven method that is both body-positive and sustainable for the busy mom.

Empowered Mom is for you if:
