Postpartum Harmony

Designed for new mothers, this program will help you rebuild your core and pelvic floor muscles, and restore your energy levels.

This online or in-person personal training program is intended for moms who are newly postpartum and ready to exercise. This program provides the opportunity to build a foundation of strength from the inside out. Here, we focus on improving self-confidence, boosting energy, and reconnecting with the body.

Postpartum Harmony is for you if:

  • You want to feel good and confident in your postpartum body
  • You are at least 6 weeks postpartum
  • You want to come back to a consistent fitness routine after pregnancy
  • You want to enhance a connection to your deep core and pelvic floor muscles
  • You may be experiencing diastasis recti, leaking urine, experiencing prolapse, or other pelvic floor dysfunction. I will teach you the principal skills to manage these conditions.
