This online or in-person personal training program is designed for women who are pregnant (or trying to conceive) and are ready for a workout focused on this special chapter of life.
Exercise during pregnancy is not only safe, but it can result in positive outcomes for both the mother and the baby. Beyond designing a specialized program for your needs, I will teach you about your changing body and help you set realistic expectations for what it can do during this transitional period. I will empower you and provide tools for you to listen to your body and evaluate important risk vs. reward scenarios.
